4. Prohibited Activities

Violations of these prohibited activities may result in immediate suspension or termination of access and potential legal consequences.

Any use of AI-generated content or third-party tools must be disclosed and approved by appropriate personnel before incorporation into GCA services or government deliverables.

10. Monitoring and Enforcement

GCA actively monitors its services and systems to ensure compliance with this policy and to protect against security threats. Users should be aware that their activities may be logged, audited, and reviewed.

The determination of appropriate enforcement action is at GCA's sole discretion and will be based on the nature, severity, and circumstances of the violation.
