Starting out in the Middle East, he quickly made a name for himself in GovCon circles and started attracting like-minded talent. The team was always fluid, but the processes were set in stone. He has personally captured and directed contracts totaling in the billions, with deep expertise in construction, logistics, fuel distribution, food services, warehousing, and transportation across the Middle East, Africa, and beyond. His operational background gives GCA clients something most advisors can't offer: first-hand knowledge of what it actually takes to win and execute USG contracts at scale.
